Your Commitment
You agree to participate in the Digital Manufacturing Strategies Summit USA.

As a delegate you are obligated to participate in 1-2-1 meetings.

You agree to provide requested materials by the specified deadline set by Intrinsic Communications (e.g., headshot, bio) for use in Digital Manufacturing Strategies Summit USA collateral, which will be shared only with confirmed event participants. Intrinsic Communications reserves the right to associate your name and company with the event in attendee materials (e.g., brochures and agendas).

Access to solution provider and delegate profiles will be provided ahead of the event to support your meeting and workshop selections. You must complete all requested selections and provide relevant information by the deadlines set (no later than six weeks prior to the event, or at time of booking if less than six weeks out). This information is used exclusively for organizing the event.

Summit Preferences & Priorities Form
As part of your registration, all delegates are required to complete the Summit Preferences & Priorities Form within SEVEN DAYS of registering their place at the summit. This ensures delivery of your personalised agenda and co-ordination of relevant meetings.

Cancellation & Substitution
Intrinsic Communications has invited you based on your role and preferences, and has designed your personalized agenda and meeting schedule accordingly. If you are unable to attend, you must make every effort to nominate a suitable replacement from your organization.

All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed in return.

In cases of cancellation without a replacement, a cancellation fee of £999 will apply. The Organiser reserves the right to issue a credit note for any additional fees paid, valid for a future Intrinsic Communications event.

Alterations to the Event
The Organizer will make every effort to run the event as advertised but reserves the right to make changes (including to the date, venue, location, speakers, or schedule) if necessary and in the best interests of the event. If the date or location changes, your registration will automatically transfer to the updated schedule.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to changes. In case of postponement (including due to Force Majeure), your registration will transfer to the new date. If the event is cancelled entirely, you may choose between a full refund or a credit note for a future Intrinsic Communications event.

Miscellaneous
This agreement may not be transferred or assigned without written consent from the Organizer. It constitutes the full agreement between the parties. By completing the online booking, the attendee confirms they are an authorized representative with authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of their organization. All communication following this agreement must be made in writing (via email).

The Organizer is not liable for attendee conduct or behavior at the event and disclaims responsibility for any injury, loss, or death occurring onsite.

The attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, costs, or damages incurred due to their actions or those of their agents or employees.

Data Protection
Intrinsic Communications Ltd uses the personal data you provide during registration solely to manage your participation in the event. This includes sharing event details, logistics, updates, and related communications.

By registering, you agree that limited personal data may be shared with other confirmed attendees when relevant to the event experience (e.g., meetings, networking).

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable US data protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act and relevant state privacy regulations. Your data will not be shared with any third parties not directly involved in the event and will only be disclosed where required by law.
