Vsimple Introduces Sales Coordination Agents That Execute the Work Between Customer Demand and Revenue

Vsimple Launches AI Agents That Do the Sales Coordination Work Between a Quote and a Paid Invoice

Louisville, Ky.-based Vsimple is betting that industrial companies don’t need another dashboard – they need the busywork gone.

For most equipment dealers, distributors, and manufacturers, the gap between “the customer wants this” and “we got paid for it” is filled with people: checking inboxes, comparing purchase orders line by line, re-entering the same data into three different systems, and chasing down colleagues for approvals. It’s necessary work, but it’s not where skilled employees add the most value — and as order volume climbs, it quietly turns those employees into the bottleneck.

Vsimple thinks it has a better way to close that gap, and this month it started selling it.

A New Kind of AI Worker
On August 3, Vsimple introduced Role-Based Agents, a new category the company describes as AI that doesn’t just flag work for people to do — it does the work. The first release, Sales Coordination Agents, targets the chain of tasks that connects customer demand to revenue: quoting, order intake, fulfillment, and billing readiness.

Rather than a single chatbot or automation script, it’s a coordinated system of purpose-built agents running on vAI, Vsimple’s proprietary AI engine, each handling a different piece of the sales coordination puzzle — then working together as one system.

“Industrial companies do not need another system telling employees what work is piling up,” said Buddy Bockweg, Vsimple’s CEO and founder. “They need the work completed. We are not giving companies another software interface that their teams have to learn, feed, and manage. We are deploying specialized AI agents that execute routine work across the systems they already use, removing bottlenecks and creating real operating capacity.”

What the Agents Actually Do
Industrial companies have already spent heavily on ERP, DMS, CRM, and CPQ systems. The problem isn’t a lack of software — it’s that connecting those systems still happens by hand. Within the Sales Coordination role, Vsimple’s agents are built to:

  • Interpret customer requests, RFQs, purchase orders, emails, and transaction documents
  • Extract and validate customer, product, pricing, and order information
  • Compare quotes, purchase orders, pricing, and supporting documentation
  • Create and update records across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and DMS
  • Handle routine customer and internal follow-up
  • Coordinate handoffs across sales, operations, fulfillment, and finance
  • Monitor transactions and flag stalled work
  • Route approvals and exceptions with the context employees need to act quickly

The goal isn’t to replace sales coordination, inside sales, order administration, or customer service teams — it’s to strip the repetitive coordination work off their plates so they can spend time on relationships, judgment calls, and the exceptions that actually need a human.

Working Inside Existing Systems, Not Replacing Them
A key part of the pitch: Vsimple doesn’t ask companies to rip and replace their tech stack. It operates as an execution layer that works across the communication channels, documents, and systems a company already uses — from CRM to ERP — so transactions keep moving without a new interface to learn.

Under the hood, a multi-model AI architecture routes each task to the right kind of intelligence, while customer-specific business rules, validation checks, permissions, and approval workflows keep execution in bounds. Customers aren’t expected to pick AI models, write prompts, or manage the technical strategy themselves.

Vsimple also leans on what it calls an Embedded Execution Model: its own team works directly with each customer to map their processes, decide which work the agents should take on, connect the relevant systems, configure and test the platform, and then stay involved after launch to keep improving performance.

Early Results
Vsimple points to customers already seeing measurable gains. ProLift Toyota increased order velocity sixfold after deploying the agents, while RWM Casters eliminated 80 percent of its manual data entry and cut service delays by 35 percent.

“If we’re doing a proposal … we can go look in real-time,” said James McGlamery of Raymond Storage. “It saves us time in the [proposal] steps. We don’t have to go to multiple systems to see that.”

What’s Next
Sales Coordination is just the first of what Vsimple describes as a broader roadmap of Role-Based Agents, each aimed at a different function where skilled employees still lose time to repetitive, cross-system work. Future roles will bring specialized agents together around a connected body of work, rather than automating one task in isolation.

“The future of industrial work will not be determined by how many AI tools companies give their employees,” Bockweg said. “It will be determined by how much work they can complete with greater speed, accuracy, visibility, and control. The companies that win will use AI to serve more customers, protect margins, and grow without adding complexity at the same pace.”

Vsimple’s Role-Based Agents are available now.
